The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a Contract for the Site prep, fill, and grading for paving. The placement of a 4" thick, two layer hot-mix asphalt around the new hatchery building. Install parking curbs, striping, and signage as shown on the drawings. A curb and catch basin will need to be installed on the South side of the building. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
