Rancho California Water District (District) invites qualified firms to submit bids for the demolition and removal of existing supply and odor reduction fans and installation of new Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) supply fans and odor reduction fans, as more fully described herein. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the following work in strict accordance with the specifications, scope of work and drawings in Section C, Exhibit A and B of RFB 156-2021. Project duration: Phase I the Contractor will have thirty (30) calendar days to complete the work and Phase II the Contractor will have twenty-five (25) calendar days to complete the work. Questions are due no later than Nov 3rd before 2:00 PM.
