The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for City Tree Maintenance Services. This work involves the maintenance of the City Trees and Ivy Vines. The City of Placentia maintains a 4-year grid pruning cycle with an average of 1,800 trees pruned per cycle. The City maintains approximately 20,000 linear feet of Ivy Vines growing on existing arterial roadway neighborhood perimeter block walls as noted in the attached locations. This is a maintenance services agreement with a proposed term of three years with one two-year term extension available based on contractor performance and at the discretion of the City.
