Contractor shall have at least 2 certified arborists on staff. If Contractor does not have 2 certified arborists on staff, Contractor must submit written documentation demonstrating the availability of a second certified arborist subcontracted to provide tree assessment services when the first arborist is not available. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, notification, signs and supervision to complete all work on each job site for the removal of trees from the public right-of-ways or any other properties as required by the City of Salem throughout the contract year. Contractor shall submit a written report on health and condition of all trees in order to assist in determining the need for removal. If requested, a "Hazardous Tree Evaluation" shall be submitted prior to removal. Pursuant to Salem Revised Code, bidder must have or be willing to obtain a valid City Tree Trimmer's License before performing any work under this contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
