This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Maintenance Contract for tree trimming & brush removal on US0096 and various locations in Tyler, Jasper & Newton Counties, TX. This Contract will become effective upon issuance of a work order. In accordance with Article 8.1, time charges for each work order will begin within 7 calendar days of issuance of a work order. Each work order will include the locations of trees to remove, limbs to remove, brush to remove, the number of working days, and the date time charges will begin. Time for Completion: 365 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
