Teleconference will be hosted by the Contract Officer. If you plan to participate in the Mandatory pre-bid teleconference it is requested you provide the following information via email to beth.white@vdot.virginia.gov no later than close of business September 8, 2020.
The work shall consist of tree pruning, brush removal, small tree removal, tree removal, and the removal and disposal of all generated debris per the requirements of the IFB. Attachment C identifies the routes and work limits where services shall be performed. The Contractor shall be capable of commencing work within ten (10) calendar days of award of this IFB. The Contractor shall complete the work as identified and shall be responsible to mobilize the proper resources to accomplish the work in the time allowed in the contract. This project encouraged M/WBE participation.
