Successful Bidder (hereinafter in this Scope referred to as Contractor) shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, transportation, and other components necessary to provide tree trimming services that will meet the requirements of the Agreement. Maps for tree trimming that are scheduled for Fiscal Year 2021 services. The Contractor further agrees that failure to execute and deliver said form of Agreement within ten (10) calendar days will result in damages to County and as guarantee of payment of same a bid bond/certified check shall be enclosed within the submitted sealed proposal in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the proposal. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
