Contractor will refinishing of bathtub, which may at times also include the refinishing of the tub wall that extends 5’ above the tub; repair and color match bathtub surround that results from replacing a bathtub wall unit that had a two-handle shower valve with a single handle shower valve; refinishing of standard size shower pan, which may at times also include the refinishing of the tub pan that extends 5’ above the pan; refinishing of kitchen or bathroom sinks; at the Agency’s discretion, the Contractor may be required to do a peeling repair to the bathtub prior to the refinishing and other work
