This Project consists of elevator modernization at the UCLA Guest House. Work includes the following: 1) Modernization of hydraulic systems. 2) Modernization of elevator mechanical, communication and electrical systems. 3) Modernization of car opening panel (COP) and hall lanterns. 4) Partial modernization of elevator car, vertical panel, front return panel, handrail. 5) Battery lowering shall be updated. 6) Camera wiring to POE, backbone shall be upgraded. 7) Existing car flooring and overhead lighting shall be retainedBonds required.
