The scope of the work includes construction of a concrete driveway and site preparation for a garage structure adjacent to the parking lot between the Union Pacific rail line and Jandus Road. Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier’s Check made payable to the Village of Cary for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
