Unitrans Bus Maintenance Facility at 800 Garrod Drive, Davis, CA 95616.

Estimate: 3,500,000

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to at Unitrans Bus Maintenance Facility at 800 Garrod Drive to extend power and install electrical infrastructure for future bus charging dispensers. Provide mini-power control cabinet for exterior lighting and install site lighting poles and bollards. Provide and install a Main Switchboard, Medium voltage Transformer and two Interrupters for future use. Replace Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement at southeast and southwest areas of the facility with Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement using Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR) process as specified in section 32 01 16. A non-woven cementitious bond breaker shall be placed over the finished FDR section. Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement areas against the structures shall be replaced with Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) over Asphalt Base (AB) as specified in Site Concrete Paving section 32 13 13. Install Storm drain pump station, force main and related infrastructure to gravity overflow storm water to bio-retention area south of facility. Grade to expand bio- retention area east of facility to replace planting and irrigation. The Work of this Contract is divided into 4 Phases.
