The scope of this project includes the selective demolition of existing office suites to create an open office layout with perimeter private offices and a conference room and break room. The renovations include modifications to the MEP building fire alarm and fire suppression systems. The renovations will not change the current occupancy classification of the facility. Alternate No. 1 Scope - University Plaza Stairwells - Scope includes demoing (10) 3’-0’’ by 8’-0’’ doors and frames, furnishing and installing (10) 90-minute hollow metal fire rated doors and frames with new hardware in stairwells. Patch drywall, prep, prime, and paint new drywall and frames in stairwells. Provide and install (10) Everest EV D134 cores. HSP required.
