The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: The project consists of renovation of residence hall buildings and community building, including 150 student suites, incorporating general construction (includes removing and replacing finishes), fire alarm replacement, hvac system replacement and associated electrical work. • Work includes but is not limited to: selective site demolition, selective demolition, rough carpentry, interior finish carpentry, penetration firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, stile and rail wood doors, door hardware, gypsum board, resilient base & accessories, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, interior painting, countertop coatings, hvac, electrical, fire alarm, erosion control and lawns and grasses.
