This Project is a public works project. The Project consists of pre-construction services and design and construction of a new multi-department administrative service center of 24,000 GSF on a site near the edge of campus, largely replacing the functions in the existing Facilities Management & Services Administration Building. The new building will include the following divisions, FMS Administration, Design and Construction, Energy/Sustainability, Campus Maintenance/Trades, Information Resources, Risk Management and Customer Reception Area. In addition, demolition of the existing FMS Administration building, site work, and moving of occupant’s belongings are included in the project scope. The project will be comprised of energy efficient and sustainable design features, balanced with the program needs, within the available budget. LEED goals are set at a minimum standard to LEED Silver and will meet the CSU Sustainability Measurement System guidelines. DVBE SBE participation goals apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
