Provide eleven SEC Millennium gas detectors Provide six remote digital gas transmitters for remote calibration Provide six SEC sensor separation kits Provide SEC system monitor (controller) Supply materials to utilize all existing fan, strobe, and horn controls to new system Replace all Honeywell Optima sensors with SEC sensors Replace two existing controllers with one SEC 205 channel controller located in main shop Integrate two bay doors in parking garage to open on alarm for ventilation Tie in all existing strobes, horns, fan controls, gas valves to new control panel System startup and initial calibration. Verify from drawings and site visit that all electrical wire runs match and are sufficient for new system. Current system will remain in place and functional during upgrade as much as possible to limit outage of monitoring system. The current system installed was designed by Clean Energy. The equipment was provided by RMS safety systems. We are currently having issues with calibrating the current system. Would like to complete this project by March 31, 2023. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
