Renovations. Scope includes: Remodel of existing interior space to convert exam rooms to airborne infectious isolation rooms. Limited interior demolition and rooftop demolition required to install associated mechanical systems. The Prime Contractor and Subcontractors are required to meet or exceed the County’s 20% Apprenticeship utilization goals and are required to make all reasonable and necessary efforts to employ a workforce that reflects the diversity of Multnomah County, including the recruitment of a diverse workforce through the unions, non-union apprenticeship programs and other community resources. Minority and women apprenticeship goals disaggregated by trade and are aspirational with a goal of 14%participation by women and a goal of 25% participation by minorities/persons of color. All work and materials shall conform to the local and State codes, and all Federal, State and other applicable laws and regulations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
