The Project consists of rehabilitation of four existing filters, provision of new GAC media in the other existing filters, transfer of recovered GAC media, two filter backwash waste valve replacements, crack repair, and miscellaneous other improvement to the existing facility. Filter rehabilitation includes removal of existing sand and GAC media, preservation and reinstallation of a portion of the GAC media as indicated on the Drawings, replacement of underdrains, and installation of new sand and GAC media.Bonds required.
