City Hall, 209 South Main Street, Marysville, Ohio Following the Pre-Bid Meeting, prospective Bidders are encouraged to inspect the project area and existing facilities.
The project consists of the following: Removal of the existing asphalt within the alley followed by construction of a brick alley partially utilizing reclaimed bricks. Installation of a dumpster and grease trap enclosure, decorative fencing, planter beds, string lighting, and outdoor seating. Necessary restoration (including asphalt, driveway, sidewalk and curb replacement, seeding, plantings, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better. Bonds & prevailing wages apply.
