This project consists of landscape and irrigation improvements within two (2) areas of the U.S. 41 median and FDOT Right-of-Way (ROW); from Taylor Road to Tuckers Grade, and from Tuckers Grade to Oil Well Road. The project includes directional bores, irrigation, electrical services, well construction, landscaping and maintenance of said improvements. The work also includes all other items of construction including, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing structures, site dewatering, flow diversion, pond construction, excavation and fill, grading, sodding, and maintenance of traffic. The work specified herein shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and operations necessary to complete the work as indicated in the plans and specifications. Bonds required.
