Sealed Proposals will be received by the Idaho Department of Transportation for the work of removing and placing metal guardrail between MP 189.5 to MP 190 on US-95. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond issued by an Idaho Licensed Surety Company, you MUST use the Surety Bond (Bid Bond) form provided in the ITB or your bid will be deemed irregular or accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check from an Idaho Bank payable to the Idaho Transportation Department in an amount no less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. This surety shall be forfeited by the bidder should the bidderfail to sign the contract or furnish the required 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
