Marion County Public Works Department (County) is currently seeking used tire collection, hauling, and recycling services. Provide collection containers for used tires (with and without rim) at the Salem-Keizer Recycling & Transfer Station (SKRTS) and the North Marion Recycling & Transfer Station. Propose a destination recycling facility and be responsible for hauling of containers from each transfer station to the County approved recycling facility on a scheduled basis. Recycle used tires either directly at the proposer’s facility or propose a third-party facility for recycling. Prevailing Wages.
