This project will include the construction of a new sanitary sewer system to serve the new Robin Builders industry off of S.R. 130. A new wet well mounted duplex lift station will be constructed on the Robin Builders property. Over 1,300’ of 4” PVC force main will be installed to connect the proposed lift station to the existing gravity sewer manhole located on Commerce Drive. The force main installation will include approximately 140' of 8” steel casing installed by jack and bore underneath S.R. 130 and Commerce Drive and approximately 750' of 8" PVC gravity sewer will be installed in the S.R. 130 right-of-way to serve Robin Builders. A meter vault will be installed to serve the Robin Builders Facility as well. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier’s check in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid.
