Demolition - The scope shall include, but is not limited to, the installation of required safety fencing, signage, portable toilet, and tree protection, the complete demolition of the building and removal of the entire structure down to the existing slab, and the removal of any and all tile, mastic, glue, and any coverings on the slab. The complete building demolition and removal of the entire existing structure at 1850 Glenview Road down to the existing concrete slab. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Please refer to documents for further details about wage rates.
