Demolition is to include removal of any existing concrete foundations and structures onsite. The anticipated start date for the work will be in the Summer of 2021. The project site includes the portion of the Phase 3 site that is immediately south of the Phase 2 site. The project area includes but is not limited to the following parcels: Assessor’s parcel number 016737104, 016737103, 016737203, and 016737303.
