The Rio Vista Water Treatment Plant is located at 27234 Bouquet Canyon Road, Santa Clarita, CA. The project generally consists of site construction, building construction, and equipment installation for a groundwater treatment system at the Agency’s Valley Center Well. The work includes, but is not limited to mobilization, demolition, and site excavation; well pump and discharge pipeline modifications; water and drain lines installation; owner furnished equipment installation for ion exchange system (pressure vessels, pipes, etc.), cartridge filter system, and chemical storage/feed system; building construction; retaining wall construction; electrical work; system start-up including owner furnished ion exchange resin coordination and system flushing; and all associated work (“Work”) as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A due by 12/17/20 at 5pm.
