The NCDOT is requesting bids for concrete curb, sidewalk, driveway and utility adjustment type work in all counties of Division 12. The contractor is to furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic control. This contract is a multi-year maintenance contract let pursuant to the Small Business Enterprise provisions of N.C. General Statute §136-28.10. In accordance with N.C. General Statute §136-28.10, an award in a maintenance contract shall not exceed $500,000 per year. This contract award is limited to $500,000 per year. No payments in excess of this amount will be disbursed, in accordance with the Statute
