The Owner is the Town of Vestal, and the work site is located on Clayton Avenue in the Town of Vestal. The southern project limit is Woodlawn Drive and the northern project limit is the Service Road that connects to Clayton Avenue on the west side. The work will be completed and ready for final payment 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted within three (3) business days prior to the bid opening. DBE goal is 6%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
