The project consists of parkway improvements along a section of Via De La Valle starting east of Plaza Modena and extending southward to the end of the street. Via De La Valle is located on the eastern edge of the City of Lake Elsinore near Canyon Lake. The total project length is approximately 3,000 feet. The work incudes removal of an unpaved equestrian trail and replacement with a concrete sidewalk, a new sidewalk in an unimproved section of parkway, removal and replacement of the existing parkway irrigation system, removal of shrubs in the parkway, installation of new shrubs and trees and placement of inert materials such as crushed rock and mulch in the parkway. Questions are due by 3:00 PM on Sept 22nd. Project duration is 50 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
