Complete site demolition as noted on plans and specifications to include but not be limited to: all existing building structures to include walls, windows, roofing, internal equipment, lighting, piping and capping of utilities including complete removal of basement walls, foundations and slabs. Exterior pavements, retaining walls, steps, fencing, railings, utilities, storm pipes and manholes, electric transformers and equipment, vegetation, trees and grubbing of roots, debris, railroad track and ties and above ground tanks. Includes all erosion and sediment control measures and site stabilization in accordance with the County Soil Conservation District standards. Time of substantial completion will be 55 calendar days after the date stipulated on the contractors Notice to Proceed. Time of final completion will be 60 calendar days after the date stipulated on the contractors Notice to Proceed. Deadline for questions is May 11, 2022 by 12:00pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
