The purpose of this project is to provide irrigation to the existing landscaping in the medians of sections of NW 207th St. Road and NW 39th Avenue in the Vista Verde neighborhood as shown in the plans. This project includes new irrigation piping, irrigation heads, valves, controls, irrigation well, new sod, new pump with pump house, electrical service with connections for well pump and controls, directional drilling, and site restoration for complete operation irrigation system per attached plans and specifications. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
