The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Per addendum 5 The bid closing date has been extended to Thursday February 18, 2021. The last day for questions is January 28, 2021.
