Botetourt County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for a new building to be located at the Botetourt County Administration Center and VWCC Education & Training Center located at 57 S. Center Drive, Daleville, Virginia. The project consists of the construction of a single story, 8,900 sq ft classroom and office building. Retrofitting of an existing exhaust welding hood in the Welding Lab will also be a part of the overall project. Construction of the new building will involve, but is not limited to: Site Work, Utilities, Concrete Foundations/Slabs, Masonry, Structural Steel, Light-gauge Metal Framing, Built-up Roofing systems, Gypsum Wall Board, Acoustic Ceiling Tile, Luxury Vinyl Tile, and will include HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Telecom/Data Cabling.
