The Work consists of removing the cover plates from the two inlet pipe collars on the lagoon side of the Waller Creek Tunnel outlet structure and replacing them with slide gates that match the existing cover plate bolt pattern. The design team will work with manufacturers and suppliers to attempt to incorporate an electric actuator for the gate assembly. DBE goals
