The Work consists of retrofit of the existing 2.79MW (operated at 1.3MW) Francis type hydroelectric equipment within the existing Warm Springs dam structure located at 3333 Skaggs Springs Road, Geyserville, California. The Work includes, but is not limited to retrofit of the existing hydroelectric facilities within the existing dam structure and fence replacement in the switchyard; replacement of electrical and controls components; replacement of generator controls and excitation system, the electrical control protection relays, replacement of generator switchgear, replacement of wicket gate keyless bushings, repair of turbine labyrinth seal, and generator thrust bearing notch repair. Work shall be completed within 380 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
