Furnish and install new pumping equipment, electrical equipment, controls, variable frequency drives, generator, generator pad, all-weather enclosure, piping, bends, valves, conduit, wiring, insulation, masonry, door, door frame, hardware, permanent bypass pumping connection, pavement, appurtenant work and all incidentals hereto. The required base bid contract completion period is 210 consecutive calendar days. General contractor's category of certifiaction: pumping stations. Alterate bid 1: Scope of work includes construction of all work at the Royal Road Pump Station, includes but is not limited to: demolish and dispose of pumping equipment, electrical equipment, lighting, controls, variable frequency drives, generator, generator exhaust, concrete pad, ppiping, bends, valves, conduit, wiring, insulation, door, door frame, hardware, louvers, dampers, roofing, soffit, fencing, pavement, appurtenant work, and all incidentals hereto. Furnish and install new pumping equipment, electrical equipment, lighting, controls, variable frequency drives, genrator, generator pad, all-weather enclosure, piping, bends, valves, wetwall vent, conduit, wiring, insulation, masonry, door, door frame, hardware, permanent bypass pumping connection, roofing, soffit, paint, epoxy, fencing, pavement, appurtenant work, and all incidentals hereto. Alternat bid 2: scope of work includes construction of all work at the Beaver Brook Pump Station, includes but is not limited to: demolish and dispose of pumping equipment, electrical, electrical equipment, lighting, controls, variable frequency drivevs, piping, bends, valves, conduit, wiring, insulation, door, door framae, hardware, wetwell frame and cover, pavement, appurtenant work and all incidentals hereto. Furnish and install new pumping equipment, eletrical equipment, lighting, controls, variable frequency drives, generator drip pan, piping, bends, valves, conduit, wiring, insulation, masonry,door, door frame, hardware, wetwell hatch, permanent bypass pumping connection, paint, pavement, appurtenant work, and all incidentals hereto. Alternate bid 3: scope of work includes construction of all work at the Queen Anne Way Pump Station, including but not limited to: demolish and dispose of pumping equipment, electrical equipment, lighting, controls, variable frequency drives, piping, bends, valves, conduit, wiring, hardware, wetwell frame and cover, appurtenant work,, and all incidentals hereto. Furnish and install new pumping equipment, electrical equipment, llighting, controls, variable frequency drives, generator drip pan, piping, bends, valves, conduit, wiring, hardware, wetwell hatch, permanent bypass pumping connection, paint, appurtenant work, and all incidentals hereto. The required base bid and 3 alternates contract completion period is 330 consecutive calendar days. Filed sub bids will be received until January 19, 2022 at 11:00am. Sub trades include Electrical. DCAMM certification required.
