Construction of a new approximately 2,060 square foot Administration Building generally including Offices, Training room, Locker room, Break Room and other accessory areas. Metal framed partitions, door and frame assemblies, millwork, floor included. Exterior systems consist of load‐bearing split face concrete masonry units, pre‐engineered wood roof trusses, pre‐finished standing seam metal roof and hurricane impact resistant single hung vinyl window system. Also, included are the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing systems and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
