The Town of Rocky Mount is seeking proposals from qualified firms to replace the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) at the Town’s Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Main Plant pump station. The plant and pump station must stay operational and can NOT be shut down during migration to the new system. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
