Sealed Proposals will be received online by the Chester Water Authority via the PennBid Program (www.Pennbid.net). This contract is to provide labor, materials, and equipment to make improvements to the Chester Water Authority's Distribution System. Typical work may include, but is not limited to installation of renewal water mains, renew hydrants, renew and reconnect services, temporary and permanent paving restoration. The Contractor must complete all work within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
