Repaint improvements to the WTP 0.5 MG GST, WTP 0.327 MG GST, 2nd Street 0.5 MG EST,  and Elgin Oaks 0.050 MG EST (Additive Alternate), that will incorporate an abrasive blast and recoat of the tank interior, a pressure wash and recoat of the tank exterior, miscellaneous tank improvements, and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete Project. Questions to be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to bid opening.
