The well abandonment must be performed by a licensed well driller in Georgia. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the project titled Water System Improvements – FY2019 CDBG as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists installation of + 7,700 L.F. of 8” and 6” water main, fire hydrants, gate valves, sidewalk replacement, grassing, erosion control, and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete project. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the amount bid.
