The work consists of the demolition of the existing water storage tank and its concrete supports, Air Compressor and 3 inch line. Also demo two inline pumps, two triple duty valves and two pipe reducers. Provide all parts and labor for the installation of a new Water Tank, Hydronic Pump and VAV Box Upgrades. Each Bidder’s Proposal shall be accompanied by a security deposit of at least 10% of the Bidder’s Price Proposal.
