The scope of work is to remove and dispose of existing architectural exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) from the Nanofiltration Pretreatment/Booster Pump and the Nanofiltration Process buildings located at the Jupiter Water Treatment Plant (17403 Central Blvd, Jupiter, FL) and replace with new architectural STO Corp Finishing Systems to match existing EIFS shapes, sizes, and locations; perform cracks repairs to exterior buildings’ stucco surfaces, perform surface preparation and coating of buildings’ exteriors; perform architectural and landscaping improvements at the Water Plant Control Room south entryway; perform building improvements including aluminum louvers and masonry infill at the Central Boulevard North High Service Pump Building; perform surface preparation and coatings of various water plant facilities and components as described in the bidding documents. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
