Remove internal roof drains; and build-up tapered insulation to slope deck to building perimeter. b. Install new gutters and galvanized downspouts to grade. c. Remove mechanical exhaust fans and curbs; and replace with new. d. Provide electrical as required to support work. e. Install new swing gate for fenced yard area.
