Work is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the Weiskotten Hall Monument Sign project includes the installation of an illuminated sign on a masonry base. The sign will be an aluminum panel cabinet with internal LED lighting and push thru acrylic lettering. The masonry base will include a cast in place concrete wall with brick masonry veneer. Additional concrete paving with unit paving will be provided to create a seating area behind the sign. A radius bench will be provided for seating along with deciduous shrub plantings and ground cover will be provided as part of the overall design. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
