The work under the project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new well treatment facility (Well No. 1A-R), complete, inclusive of all components as depicted herein the Construction Documents. The scope of work consists of all structural, mechanical, electrical, and related utility appurtenances, for the installation of the new well treatment facility. The treatment facility comprises all well process piping appurtenances (including the weak acid ion exchange system, aeration system, vertical turbine well pump, and vertical turbine clear well pump), yard piping, site improvements, electrical improvements (including generator), natural gas service improvements, sewer/storm improvements, and related appurtenances. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 365 consecutive calendar days for substantial completion, and 425 consecutive calendar days for final completion of the work from the notice to proceed. Bonds required.
