The meeting will be held at the site located on the east side of N ‘J’ St south of the Cartmill Avenue Overcrossing. Face coverings are required.
Estimate: $1,500,000.
In general, the Work consists of equipping and constructing a newly drilled well (drilled by others) at N 'J' St south of Cartmill Avenue Overcrossing with a new pump and motor, prefabricated pump enclosure, site piping, electrical equipment, telemetry, masonry block electrical building; site improvements; new disinfection injection and monitoring system to the new discharge piping for a complete and usable well pumping facility; and road, underground, and landscape improvements along the N 'J' St frontage. Contractor shall complete all work contained in the construction documents within 240 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
