Construction of a vertical turbine well pump house for use in either drinking water or pressurized irrigation systems. The pump house includes a masonry building with standing seam metal roofing with vertical lineshaft turbine pump, piping, valves, flowmeter, chemical feed and monitoring systems, and appurtenances; inlet/outlet piping; site work; grading, storm water piping, asphalt, gravel access road and parking area, fencing, and concrete sidewalk. The Work also includes electrical connections to and electrical work associated with the pump station, backup emergency generator with CMU sound wall, HVAC, and telemetry wiring for OWNER provided RTU and a Security Camera System.
