The work to be done includes: the demolition of the filtration plant’s gaseous chemical injection system and construction of a new liquid chemical injection system and storage building for Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Bisulfite; replacement and retrofit of the filter plant’s backwash sump pump station; and retrofit of the existing SCADA building at the Reservoir 1 site to store Aqueous Ammonia, including piping modifications inside Reservoir 1. The work consists of furnishing all materials,equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications for the Well Filter Plant Rehabilitation Chemical Storage Building project in the City of San Clemente, California.The Project improvements are located at three main locations: the City’s Well Filter Plant (located at 350 Avenida Santa Margarita), the filter plant’s backwash sump pump station (located approximately 350 ft northeast of the filter plant), and the City’s Reservoir 1 (located at 404 Calle Bahia), all within the City of San Clemente,California.Bonds required.
