By appointment only. Walk-thru will start at Well 208 located on the north side of Santiago Drive, approximately 1,000 feet east of Perris Boulevard. (Thomas Guide page 747, grid G2). Walk-thru will then proceed to Wells 206 and 207. (see pre-bid walk-thru directions). to attend the walk-thru please call Amy Eichperger (951) 928-3777 ext. 4435 to schedule a time.
The work comprises construction of three (3) new fully-developed and tested municipal water wells, including drilling, downhole geophysical logs, isolated aquifer zone testing, caliper logs, installation of well casing and screen tubing, filter pack, annular seals, well development, final pumping tests, flow meter surveys, well disinfection, and capping. The work also includes constructing of a sewer connection from the Wells 206 and 207 site to the sewer in Perris Boulevard. All questions must be in writing and submitted by 5:00 PM on Jan 27th. Bonds required Prevailing wages apply.
