Seminole County Public Works Department are seeking the services of a State of Florida Certified General Contractor for the performance and provision all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, coordination and incidentals necessary for the construction of sidewalk along west side of W. Airport Boulevard, north side of Country Club Rd and east side of Southwest Rd. by connecting existing segments of sidewalk with new sidewalk. Additional improvements include addressing roadside safety concerns. Pedestrian Bridge and Drainage activities include the retrofit of existing ditches and storm drain systems that will be impacted by the addition of sidewalk. The Prime Contractor must be FDOT pre-qualified in classes, 40.0 sidewalk and 7.0 drainage and may use sub-contractors for the remaining pre-qualifications of 27.0 minor bridge, 9.0 fencing, 12.0 grassing, seeding and sodding. Sub-contractors must be identified on the Bid Form and proof of pre-qualification provided.
